- A group cannot exist without individuals. In order to deal with problems on a larger scale, you must help individuals, whether it's direct or by donating to a cause that will help them.
- Human interaction must be voluntary. When dealing with problems, you may need help from others. Force is not necessary to meet those needs. Reach out to people.
- You cannot change everything, but you should change what you can.
- Do not hold everyone accountable for someone's actions. Punishing everyone when only one person deserves it is unjust. Benefiting everyone when only one person needs or deserves it causes people to abuse whatever system it is. Ever gotten an "A" on a good project just because of that one person who did all the work while everyone else goofed off?
- Do not compromise your positive qualities in order to fit in. This does not mean you should completely avoid making compromises, but stay true to who you are.
