What if this happened?

During a sexual encounter, a man hits his girlfriend. It is obvious that she didn't consent to the act, she is upset, and she starts to cry. He gets mad at her and tells her to take a pain-killer.

This man claims she had consented to the act before it happened. He also has PTSD and sexual dysfunction. When the woman finds out, she begins to sympathize with her abuser and believing she can change him for the better.

Is this romantic or sexy?

Does this accurately describe a healthy BDSM relationship?

If you enjoy a certain sexual activity, does that mean it's okay for everyone to do it, even if it's not consensual?
